1. What Personal Information About Customers Does Vast Muscle.com Collect?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at Vast Muscle.com. Here are the types of information we collect:

3. Ownership

VastMuscle.com, (Vast Muscle.com, or Vast Muscle) is owned and operated by Vast Muscle’s Team. Review the Terms of Service below to fully understand your agreement in our subscription based memberships, and information about our website.  All information and content on VastMuscle.com is owned exclusively by Vast Muscle.  At no time may you mis-represent our material as your own intellectual property. 

4. License

Under no circumstances can you distribute, share, upload Vast Muscle’s content.  This content includes articles, workout plans, nutritional guidelines, media, and all other content featured on Vast Muscle’s website.  If you would like to distribute our material you must contact us at info@vastmuscle.com. 

5. Unauthorized Use

Each member will have their own username and password to log into Vast Muscle’s members area.  You are not allowed to share or sell membership credentials.  Every time you log in your IP Address is captured.  We track the amount of logins and login from location.  If we see any unordinary patterns, we will contact you to change your login credentials.  If the problem consists we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account with no notice.

6. Linking Policy

If you find something on Vast Muscle’s website to be useful, we kindly ask you to link to our website.

7. Warranty

Vast Muscle’s products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that all of our workouts will work for your specific body type and physical activity.  We do not guarantee that our nutritional tips will help you loose weight.  Use our website as guideline at your own risk.
